About the positions

We are recruiting Registered Nurses across established residential aged care facilities in regional SA, NSW and QLD.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care

• Conducting clinical assessments and developing care plans

• Managing clinical deterioration and escalating concerns

• Medication administration and clinical documentation

• Supporting care teams and working collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintaining compliance with clinical standards and aged care requirements

About you

To be considered, you must have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Full Australian working rights – essential

• Previous residential aged care experience – essential

• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills

• Confidence working autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team

• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

• A genuine interest in relocating to a regional community for permanent employment
